Read the sections below, then open the form when you are ready.

1. What the trial involves

PendLearn early testing may invite selected participants to try a wearable learning assistant and related software. Participation is voluntary. Testing scope, duration, and access are determined by the invitation you received. Completing this consent form records your agreement to the trial terms and required data processing for that programme — it does not by itself create a user account or grant automatic access.

2. What data may be processed

Depending on the trial design, PendLearn may process:

  • Contact details you provide (such as email)
  • Coarse region or country you declare for process selection
  • Trial participation preferences and consent choices
  • Product usage signals generated during active sessions you start (for example session timing and feature interaction)
  • Learning-related content you choose to capture during an active session, where the trial product supports that function

Exact categories for a given trial wave will be described in the invitation materials and the trial privacy notice linked to the privacy version shown above. Final retention periods and legal bases must be confirmed by legal counsel before production use.

3. When the device captures

  • You start a session intentionally — PendLearn does not begin capture on its own.
  • You can see whether a session is active while using the product.
  • You control when a session ends.

This page does not claim continuous or always-on listening.

4. How you remain in control

  • You choose whether to join the trial.
  • You start and stop sessions.
  • You may withdraw trial consent using the form below or by contacting us.
  • Requests to delete personal data are handled under a separate privacy process and are not the same as withdrawing trial consent alone.

5. Data retention

Consent records are kept as an audit trail for the trial programme. Product and account data retention periods for trial participants are still subject to legal review and will be stated in the applicable privacy notice. Do not assume indefinite or permanent storage.

6. Withdrawal

You may withdraw trial consent at any time. After withdrawal, you should not continue in the trial programme under the withdrawn consent. Withdrawal of trial consent is recorded with a timestamp and does not automatically delete all personal data — deletion requests follow a separate privacy procedure.

7. Contact

Questions about this trial consent process: privacy@pendlearn.com. For general product privacy information, see our Privacy Policy.

This page describes a technical consent workflow. It does not claim full GDPR compliance or coverage of every EU Member State requirement. Final wording must be confirmed by legal counsel.
